Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Shipping across the United States is free on every order, and any applicable sales tax is shown on the order review step before you enter payment details.

Do you manufacture your products?

No. Cartivou is an independent U.S. retailer. We do not manufacture anything ourselves — we carefully select each piece from trusted suppliers we've vetted for quality, design, and honest sourcing.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Every page on cartivou.shop is served over 256-bit SSL encryption, and payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider (the highest level available). We never see or store your full card number.

What happens if my order is late or lost?

If your order hasn't moved for more than 5 business days after shipping, email support@cartivou.shop with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier the same day. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we reship at no cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days ship in 1–2 business days. Total delivery time is typically 4–7 business days (1–2 processing + 3–5 in transit).

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We only ship within the United States for now — this lets us keep shipping free and delivery times predictable.

How do returns work?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. We include a prepaid return label — there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@cartivou.shop and we'll cancel or adjust it. Once it's in the carrier's hands we can't intercept it, but you can still return it once it arrives.
