Payment Policy
Your payment security and shopping experience are important to us. This page explains how payments are processed on cartivou.shop, which payment methods are accepted, and how we help keep every transaction secure.
What we accept at checkout
All major U.S. credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Every payment is processed through Stripe's encrypted checkout.
Payments secured by Stripe
We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or store credit at this time.
How your payment is protected
All payments on cartivou.shop are processed through Stripe using encrypted payment technology. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over a secure connection and are never stored on our servers.
We only receive confirmation that the payment was authorized — not your full card number, expiration date, or security code. You can complete your purchase knowing that your payment information is handled by a dedicated payment provider trusted by millions of businesses.
Pricing and currency
All prices displayed on Cartivou are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). If your bank or card operates in another currency, the final amount charged on your statement may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate applied by your financial institution at the time of the transaction. Any foreign transaction fees are set by your bank, not by Cartivou.
Your payment method is authorized when you place your order. Orders only begin processing after payment has been successfully authorized. If authorization fails, no order is created and no charge is finalized.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact our support team.
If your payment doesn't go through
The most common cause is a mismatch between the billing address entered and the address your bank has on file. Double-check both and try again.
The name, ZIP code and card number must match your bank's records exactly. A single typo will block the charge.
If the card on file has expired, checkout won't authorize. Use a current card or a mobile wallet instead.
Some banks send a one-time code or app notification to confirm large or first-time online orders. Approve it and retry checkout.
Networks occasionally time out. Wait a minute, refresh the page, and try again — no order is created until payment is confirmed.
If the issue continues, contact your bank first — they can usually authorize the charge on the spot. If everything looks right on their end, email us and we'll help you complete the order.
No sales tax added at checkout
Cartivou does not add sales tax at checkout. The price shown on the product page plus free U.S. shipping is your final total — there are no surprise charges after checkout.
Keeping every order safe
To protect both our customers and our business, a small number of orders may require additional verification before they ship. If your order is selected, we'll reach out by email with a simple next step. This process helps prevent unauthorized transactions and keeps the checkout experience secure for everyone.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take a few additional business days to post to your statement.
Transparent by default
We think a payment policy should tell you exactly what to expect — no fine print, no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The price you see on the product page is the price in your cart, and the total you review at checkout is the total you pay.
If anything about a charge on your statement looks off, email us first. We'll look into it personally and get back to you.
