Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers
We work with trusted U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size and destination.
Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Addresses
