Cartivou is an independent, online-only U.S. home décor retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell — we carefully select each piece from trusted suppliers.
2. Orders and pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, but small variations in color and finish are normal for natural-material or textured items. If something is meaningfully different from what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right.

All content on cartivou.shop — text, images, logo — belongs to Cartivou or is used with permission. Please don't copy it wholesale for commercial use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cartivou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
