How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days, for a total of 3–7 business days. Shipping is free across the United States.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available on all orders. Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 30 days.
How do I track my order?+
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Are your products suitable for weddings and events?+
Yes. Our candelabras, candle holders, vases and centerpiece stands are designed for both home décor and special events.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Are the product photos accurate?+
Yes. We photograph products as-is. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Are your products new?+
Yes. All products are brand new in their original packaging.
