All transactions are billed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment Method
Cartivou currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for all U.S. orders. Payment is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery. No charge is made at the time of order placement.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Our team will also call the phone number provided to verify delivery details before dispatch.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. state sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law and added to your order total.
